MIDEAST ISRAEL MEMORIAL DAY

As part of the initiative graves of fallen IDF soldiers who's families are abroad are visited for them. A stone with a writing given by the family abroad is place on the tombstone.Israel will commemorate this year's Memorial in remembrance of it's soldiers who fell in the line of duty and of and civilians who where killed in acts of terror. Services and ceremonies were cancelled during 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year, as vast percentage of the population are vaccinated, ceremonies will be able to take place in a some what ordinary manner.
