Two Israeli soldier are carrying a sign at Qualandia checkpoint near Ramallah. The israeli foces were prepering for masses usually gathering on the first Friday of Ramadan but Only few dozens of Palestinians passed today through Qualandia checkpoint, on their way to the Ramadan Friday prayers, held at Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
Recent tensions and rioting in Jerusalem's Arab neighborhoods following the murder of a Palestinian youth believed to be killed by Jews, led the Israeli authorities to allow only Palestinian men over the age of 50 and women over 40 to cross to the Israeli side and attend the prayer , Qualandia, West Bank, July 04, 2014.
