Services and ceremonies in the previous year were cancelled due to the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. This year, As vast percentage of the population is vaccinated, remembrance ceremonies will be able to take place in a some what ordinary manner, same for  the country's Independence Day celebrations, planned for later in the day and tomorrow.

There are many pidgeons especialy white all around the site, they are being released by the clergyme during the ceremony at the Day of the Epiphany as part of the ritual commemorating the baptism of Jesus and his spiritual birth in the form of a dove coming out of the sky.<br />
